Delivery Information

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 24 hours although we aim to ship the same day if payment is received before 3pm. After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please email us if your order is urgent. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, providing payment has been received. Orders or payments placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.

IMPORTANT: If your order hasn't arrived, you must notify us within 7 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.

• UK and Ireland orders over £300 will be shipped free of charge via DPD Next Day service*.
• Orders under £300 will be subject to an £8.00 delivery charge, via next day delivery*. 

Shipping Terms

• When using DPD next day service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 3 post days.
• Orders placed after 3PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day*, providing payment is received.
• In order to be able to track your order, via the DPD website or app, please ensure that all contact details are correct.
• If your order hasn't arrived, you must notify us within 7 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. 
• All UK orders over £300 will qualify for free DPD next day service*.
• FREE shipping is for UK orders only.

* These services are next working day only and excludes highlands & islands. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Isle of Wight are a 2 day service with DPD Courier Delivery may take slightly longer. Please check the links for more information.
